Shipping Policy

Chic Layered Studio ships physical products from Missouri.

Processing time

Most catalog products are made to order and usually require 3 to 5 business days of processing before shipment. Custom or request-led products may require additional time.

Shipping destinations

Chic Layered Studio currently ships within the United States. International shipping, United States territories, military addresses, and other special destinations may be reviewed before they are offered at checkout.

Shipping methods

Orders may ship by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another practical carrier depending on product size, destination, service availability, and cost. Chic Layered Studio does not guarantee a specific carrier unless that option is shown and selected at checkout.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are shown during checkout before payment is submitted. Shipping charges are separate from any return shipping costs described in the Return and Refund Policy.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number will be provided after the shipping label is created or the package is accepted by the carrier. Tracking may take time to update after the carrier receives the package.

Delivery estimates

Processing time is the time needed to prepare the product before shipment. Carrier transit time begins after the package is accepted by the carrier. Delivery estimates are not delivery guarantees, and carrier delays can occur because of weather, volume, address issues, holidays, or other conditions outside Chic Layered Studio’s control.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address needs to be corrected, contact Chic Layered Studio as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, address changes may not be possible.

Delayed or missing packages

If a package appears delayed or missing, contact Chic Layered Studio with the order number, shipping name, shipping address, and tracking number. The studio will review the tracking history and help determine the next reasonable step with the carrier.

Damaged packages

If a package arrives damaged, contact Chic Layered Studio promptly with clear photos of the outside packaging, shipping label, packing materials, and the damaged product. Keep the packaging until the issue has been reviewed because the carrier may require it.

Free shipping

No free-shipping offer is currently advertised. Any free-shipping offer will be added only after checkout, shipping rules, and policy language are approved and tested.
